Here at Herbs and Oils Bath Company, we strive to make the best soap anywhere. We only use the highest quality ingredients and oils. Cold PressSoaps are made ahead of time due to having to cure, And Some of the Other items are fresh made per order, Depending on the items the turn around time can take a few days,we will always work to offer a new and fresh product.
**** During HOT weather times, soaps may become oily or greasy upon delivery. If that's the case just unwrap them and let them sit at room temperature for about an hour. ****
Whipped Soaps dont like the heat and have a melting point at 100 degrees so these should be put in the refrigerator if melting occurs in transit. when you open and give it a stir it should be just fine.
Since all the soaps are handmade sometimes the colors may vary from the pictures each batch takes on a unique personality. I use only the finest Oils, Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils.
You will have 3 days to make the payment. After 3 days I will If I haven't received payment and no communication I will have to cancel the sale and leave appropriate feedback if necessary.
